Working on specifically designed Pilates large equipment, lying, sitting, kneeling or standing. Working with a dedicated instructor to help you exercise safely and effectively towards your fitness goals. Whether it be for athletic conditioning, general fitness or post-rehab exercise to rebuild strength and mobility following injury or surgery. The intensity of the session will be driven by your personal goals and physical readiness.
