Lorraine is passionate about Pilates exercise and firmly believes in the benefits it can bring to those who apply themselves to the method. She continues to participate in STOTT PILATES® CPD Teacher Training and regular Pilates 1-2-1 sessions with Lead Instructor Trainers.

Lorraine believes everyone should work out with Pilates exercise, to maintain good mobility,, a healthy posture and help prevent injury during sports, exercise and every day living.

As a result of a back injury, Lorraine was introduced, by her Chiropractor, to post-rehabilitation Reformer Pilates, the regular practice of which enabled her to return to competitive sport.

So impressed with the Pilates exercise method for keeping the body strong and well balanced, Lorraine strove to make Pilates part of her every day life, teaching anyone who would listen, about the transformational benefits of Pilates exercise.

Lorraine welcomes all ages and levels of fitness into her classes and 1-2-1 sessions, and urges people to give Pilates a go, either on the Reformer or Matwork, or both, and try to get to grips with the Pilates basic principles.
