Lorraine Paul is a STOTT PILATES® CERTIFIED INSTRUCTOR in Matwork, Reformer & Cadillac.
As a result of a back injury, Lorraine was introduced to post-rehabilitation Reformer Pilates, enabling her to return to competitive sports.
So impressed with the Pilates exercise method for keeping the body strong and well balanced, Lorraine strove to make Pilates part of her every day life, teaching anyone who would listen about the transformational benefits of Pilates exercise.
Lorraine welcomes all ages and levels of fitness into her classes and 1-2-1 sessions, and urges people to have-a-go at Pilates, either on the Reformer or Matwork, or both, and try to get to grips with the Pilates basic principles.
Pilates is open to everybody to help heal issues in their bodies, work towards improving strength and mobility, whether an elite athlete or post rehab from injury or surgery, combating the stages of ageing or simply for general fitness.
