Lorraine continues to Workout With PILATES and looks forward to a mobile and active future...
A life time of sport and exercise, and insufficient care and maintenance of her muscles and tendons lead to Lorraine having a chronic lower back injury several years ago. Lorraine recovered from her injury and improved her muscular imbalances through regular pilates exercise, allowing her to continue playing competitive sport.
Today Lorraine teaches pilates exercise to anyone who will listen. Lorraine also captains a local ladies hockey team in the Ladies Five Counties League, and a friendly Mixed Summer Team
