Pilates Classes in St Albans

At WOW PILATES St Albans, we offer regular on-line practice sessions, over ZOOM, for experienced Pilates Practitioners. Our classes are ideal for people of all ages, whether you’re keeping yourself fit for life, recovering from a sports-related injury, surgery or illness, or you are living with a long term health condition, everyone can benefit form improving muscle strength and flexibility. With regular practice, our St Albans Pilates classes can help you to achieve improvements to your physical and mental wellbeing, using breathing techniques and mindful movement patterns, while also improving your core and full body strength and flexibility

Our Pilates classes will be open to most people, with experience in Pilates Matwork practice. If you are new to Pilates practice, you are very welcome to engage in a beginners introduction of 10 Private 1:1 Sessions, before transitioning to Pilates ZOOM classes. Classes and Private Sessions require you to obtain a booking in order to give you a bespoke, tailor made experience, ensuring that you get the most out of the session. Delivered by Lorraine Paul - a seasoned Pilates Teacher and Practioner in St Albans - you can be sure that the classes at WOW PILATES can benefit your mental and physical wellbeing, regardless of your Pilates experience
