In May 2018, a new European law called the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) became law. The purpose of this law is to give people more control over how organisations use their data. This web page explains how WOW PILATES collects data and what we do with it.

 

WOW PILATES stores and processes personal information for the following purposes only:

  • To maintain contact with clients and prospective clients

  • To manage billing and payments

  • To maintain notes and correspondence relating to current and previous clients
     

Personal information is stored and processed locally on computers and mobile phones and in a locked filing cabinet at our premises in the United Kingdom or on our booking / communication systems: Wix, WhatsApp, Apple and Google. 
 

Backups of personal information are stored on physical backup drives at our premises in the United Kingdom, and on the Apple.com cloud backup service.

WOW PILATES does not store client bank details or card details.

Email marketing is via Wix.com and Google Mail. Contact details are stored in these systems for necessary communications - such as appointment confirmations - and marketing purposes.

This website uses analytics cookies to help us understand our visitors and their use of the site. No personal information is collected.
