Online Group Pilates ClasseS

At WOW PILATES, we offer regular online Pilates Practice sessions via Zoom, designed for experienced practitioners. Our classes are suitable for people of all ages and needs—whether you’re maintaining your fitness, recovering from a sports injury, surgery, or illness, or managing a long-term health condition.

With consistent practice, our online group sessions can support both your physical and mental wellbeing. Through guided breathing techniques and mindful movement, you’ll build core strength, improve overall flexibility, and develop greater full-body strength in a safe and supportive environment.

Our online group Pilates classes are open to most people with experience in Pilates Practice. If you are new to Pilates practice, we would be very happy to engage in a beginners introduction of 10 Private 1:1 Sessions, before transitioning to Pilates ZOOM classes. Classes and Private Sessions require you to obtain a booking in order to give you a bespoke, tailor made experience, ensuring that you get the most out of the session. Delivered by Lorraine Paul - a seasoned Pilates Teacher and practitioner in St Albans - you can be sure that the sessions at WOW PILATES can benefit your mental and physical wellbeing.
